Welcome to AIU Shop (aiushop.net). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

   AIU Shop operates a three-pillar platform for the Albukhary International University community:

   • EcoRun: A concierge delivery service where we purchase essentials from external physical stores and deliver them to your campus accommodation. The delivery fee is calculated as a base delivery fee of RM 1.50 per 20 items (rounded up) plus an item picking fee of RM 0.40 per item, as configured in the store's current settings.
   • Bunny-Bazaar: A peer-to-peer classifieds platform allowing students to buy, sell, or trade pre-loved items.
   • Bunny-Shops: A digital storefront service enabling student micro-businesses to list products and manage orders.
2. User Responsibilities

   You must be an active student, staff, or faculty member of AIU to use this platform. You agree to provide accurate information and engage respectfully with other users.

3. Limitation of Liability for User-Generated Transactions

   AIU Shop acts solely as an intermediary software provider for the Bunny-Bazaar and Bunny-Shops. We do not pre-screen items, process payments for these services, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by other students. Any transaction you enter into with a Bunny-Bazaar Seller or Vendor is strictly between you and that individual.

4. Account Suspension (Digital Jail)

   AIU Shop reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users who accumulate three (3) or more valid reports for scamming, spamming, harassment, or failing to fulfill orders. Suspended users lose access to selling and messaging features.

5. Modifications

   We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

6. Affiliate Program

   AIU Shop operates an Affiliate Program that allows users to earn rewards by referring others to the platform via a unique referral link.

   • Eligibility: Any registered user may participate. Self-referral and multi-account referral activity are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all accumulated earnings.
   • Earning Basis: Referrers earn a flat reward of RM 1.00 — once per referred user — when that user completes their first Eco order. The reward is credited only when an order is marked completed by the platform, not at the time of order placement. Refunded or cancelled orders do not generate a reward.
   • Free-Delivery Tokens: A separate free-delivery token is earned on a referred user's first Eco order, running in parallel with the RM 1.00 affiliate reward on the same referral link.
   • Withdrawals: A user may request a withdrawal when the Affiliate balance reaches RM 5.00 or more, or may request one withdrawal per calendar month regardless of balance. Withdrawals are processed via TNG transfer, and a payment receipt is uploaded to the user's account. Once processed, the amount is automatically deducted from the balance. Requests may be rejected if the payment cannot be processed; a rejected request does not deduct anything. A pending request temporarily reduces the amount available to withdraw.
   • Adjustments: AIU Shop reserves the right to adjust the reward amounts, rules, or operation of the Affiliate Program at any time.
   • Eco Ordering Pause: The platform may temporarily pause Eco ordering via an admin toggle. While paused, checkout is blocked and no new rewards are generated.
