2. Vendor Shop Fulfillment

Delivery or pickup of Vendor Shop items is determined entirely by the individual vendor. Vendors will typically indicate in their product descriptions whether they offer hostel delivery, cafe meetups, or require buyers to pick up the item. Coordinate directly with the vendor via WhatsApp/Telegram once your order is placed.

3. Bunny-Bazaar Meetups

Bunny-Bazaar items do not have shipping. Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging their own safe meetups on campus to exchange items.

4. EcoRun Delivery Fee — How It's Calculated

The EcoRun delivery fee is made up of two parts: a base delivery fee charged once per block of 20 items in your cart (each part of 20, rounded up), plus a small per-item picking fee for each item. The current rates are set by the store and are shown below.

Current rates:
Base delivery fee: RM 1.50 per 20 items (rounded up)
Item picking fee: RM 0.40 per item

Formula: Delivery Fee = (Base Fee × ⌈Items ÷ 20⌉) + (Picking Fee × Number of Items)

For example, if the base delivery fee is RM 1.50 and the picking fee is RM 0.40 per item, an order with 2 items would cost:

RM 1.50 (one block of up to 20) + RM 0.40 × 2 (items) = RM 2.30

The base fee only covers up to 20 items. An order of 25 items falls into the next block (21–40), so the base fee is charged twice:

RM 1.50 × 2 (blocks) + RM 0.40 × 25 (items) = RM 13.00

If you have a free-delivery token (earned through our referral programme), it will waive one base delivery fee block (the first 20 items). Any further blocks and the per-item picking fee still apply.

For example, with a free-delivery token and 25 items:

RM 1.50 × 1 (first block waived) + RM 0.40 × 25 (items) = RM 11.50

Rates are set by the store and updated from the admin dashboard, so they always reflect the current delivery pricing. The total delivery fee is always shown on your order summary at checkout.
