1. Data Collection
To provide our services, we collect basic profile information when you register via Supabase Auth, including your email address, name, and optional profile data (such as hostel block or phone number).
2. Public Display of Contact Information
If you choose to sell items on the Bunny-Bazaar or open a Vendor Shop, you must provide a contact method (WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, etc.). By doing so, you consent to this contact information being publicly visible to other users on the platform so they can contact you regarding your listings.
3. Data Security
Your authentication and passwords are securely managed by Supabase. AIU Shop administrators do not have access to your raw passwords.
4. Account Deletion
You may delete your Vendor Shop at any time from your dashboard, which immediately removes your shop data from the public storefront. To request complete deletion of your AIU Shop user account and associated data, please contact support@aiushop.net.

5. Affiliate Program Data
To operate the Affiliate Program, we process and store referral attribution data (which user referred which), Eco order completion status, and affiliate balance and withdrawal/payment records. This information is used solely to calculate earnings, process TNG payouts, and verify payment receipts. Payout details (including recipient information) may be shared with AIU Shop platform operators as necessary to complete transfers and resolve payment issues.
